I normally don't fancy that much the term #finger food. It might be fashionable but to me it doesn't mean exactly what goes through my mind when I think about appetizers to be served for a party. To me all canapés, fritters, tapas dish, amuse bouche I prepare must be filled with passion, love, colour, cracking taste and they have to drive your hand to the following one, feeling sure thay won't disappoint you. Like with a chocolate box. Let's suppose that you like caramel and you don't like cherries. You see the last chocolate at the bottom of the box and your hand goes straight to it with the hope you get wat you like. My job is to make sure your last chocolate is your favourite, caramel, not cherries! #fingerfood to me is not enough to describe all this. Any suggestions about a better term?
