500gr minced beef- 3 free range eggs- 200gr bread crumbs- 2 cloves of garlic- 40 gr grated Parmesan cheese- 1 slice of white loaf- 100 ml milk- salt- black pepper- extra virgin olive oil.In a bowl mix the minced meet with Parmesan cheese. Add salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl place 1 slice of white loaf and pour milk on top. Leave it for 10 minutes and then drain the extra milk. Add it to the meat and mix it with the chopped garlic. Add one spoon at the time the breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes a bit firm. Get ready to fry them in a piping hot olive oil, make the balls, cover with breadcrumbs and fry. Add tomato sauce if you wish. Enjoy!!!
